Agent
Keith kurlander

Keith Kurlander is one of PLG Estates esteemed Realtors, who spent 20 years in the entertainment business on the creative side, as a Director, camera man and editor before becoming a Realtor in 2009.

"When I was in the biz I worked with actors, musicians, singers, rappers, comedians,  production, post production, film crews etc. so I feel comfortable and connected around all Creatives."

While his main passion is centered around helping his clients buy (or sell) the right property for the right price, he also invests in real estate for his own portfolio.

"Because I am an investor I know what to look for in a deal.  I have personally bought properties that my clients passed on because of the off putting visuals that after a remodel / rehab turned into cash cows ."

Possessing the kind of hands on experience that Keith has is truly invaluable to his clients. Knowing how to negotiate effectively, and how to manage transactions efficiently, are just a few of the skills that really set him apart from his peers.

"I have dealt with 2 week escrows, probate court, tenant evictions, rent control, black mold, complex escrows,
you name it, and I've done it, gracefully."
